All products purchased through our website are covered by our 14-day non-negotiable guarantee.
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason please return the product to us in its initial condition within the 14 days of your order date and we will do our best to refund or replace your product upon request. We would require you to send a letter or email with your name and address stating why you are returning the item(s). Please be aware that we do not refund postage costs that you may have incurred unless proof of the item being damaged upon arrival to you is shown.
Cancellations / Refunds
You are entitled to a refund even if there is nothing wrong with the goods received. You have 14 days to cancel your order you can do so by contacting us via email or call within our opening hours. Please be aware this 14 day period starts on the day you received your item.
It is imperative that the goods are sent back to us in the same condition as received and must not be damaged.
Please be aware refunds will not be issued if they meet the following criteria:
Brand New Items:
Marks of usage, Cracks, Dents, Water Damage, Missing Parts, Missing Packaging or Any sign of scratches on the screen or any part of the product.
Used Items:
Cracks, Dents, Water Damage, Missing Parts or Any damage on the screen or any part of the product.
How long does it take to process my refund?
It can usually take up to 7-10 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
Before we refund your item we will have to inspect the item(s) to ensure your statement matches the problems on the item(s)
